Harbor Freight F Clamp Pads
thingiverse
Replacement clamp pads designed specifically for those inexpensive Harbor Freight Pittsburgh F-clamps you're so fond of. We both know how easy it is to misplace these small components. I created these to be printed from PETG or TPU materials. So far, I haven't had a chance to test the print yet, but I'll post updates with photos and notes as soon as I do have them ready. Feel free to experiment with PLA if you like, but I wouldn't recommend it. ABS might work okay, or perhaps ASA would be a good option. The goal is to achieve something that's both tough and flexible. When printing these clamp pads, I advise using a .2 layer height, a .4 nozzle size, and a brim for added stability on the "Upper" part especially. You may also want to take a look at the "minimum layer time" setting in your printer software to prevent overheating per layer and ensure sufficient cooling time between layers. The ideal settings will depend on the material you choose to use.
