Harbor Freight Cling Wrap Handle

To assemble this product, you will need the following components: 2 main body parts that have been lightened 1 set of optional handles that can be lightened (available in pairs) 1 main body thread 1 test nut and bolt to ensure proper thread fit For optimal printing results, I recommend using a layer height of 0.15 mm without supports or adequate cooling on your Ultimaker 2 with PLA filament. Before printing the threaded parts, print the test nut and bolt to verify that your printer's tolerances are suitable for threads. If scaling is necessary, scale down the male threaded parts, main body thread, and handles accordingly to maintain the dimensions of the main body holder. Once all parts are printed, I recommend gluing the handle to the lower main body and then attaching the thread so that they form a single assembly. This will prevent them from unscrewing in use. However, do not glue the second main body as it needs to be removable for spool changes. The internal diameter of the spool this product supports is 3 inches or 76 millimeters.
