We had this part break on our cheap harbor freight drill press at work, so, instead of doing something easy, like order a new one, I decided to design it in Fusion360, slice it in Cura 5 (beta at preset), and print on my Ender 3V2. BTW, our drill press is in the Central Machinery brand. Let me know if it works for you.
