Harbor Freight Caliper Battery Cover

One of the prongs on my Harbor Freight 6" caliper's battery cover broke off. The cover would still work, but it often fell off. Finally, I lost it. Searching on Thingiverse brought up several different battery cover models. Some were quite beautiful, however none seemed to work. The closest model to working that I uncovered was Geoffs Digital Caliper Battery Cover by geoff_cohen, thing 1130777. Using this model as a starting point, I decided to redo it until I had a cover that required minimum cleanup and futzing. It took more effort than I expected. The small tabs on the battery cover are a pain and the required dimensions need to be determined with the battery installed. The model in this "thing" requires little cleanup, snaps on and off with minimum effort, is repeatable between prints, and works. It isn't perfect, but achieves the state of being "good enough". It is currently installed on my calipers. I have included The Designspark Mechanical source file, for those that want to pursue additional tweaks.
