Overview:\r\nHarbor Freight Bin Dividers for the 1.5" x 2" small bins feature two designs: one to lift items out of bins, and another with minimal gap between split compartments.\r\r\nDesign:\r\nBoth models are designed for simplicity and maximum printing speed. They are specifically tailored for 3D printing with 0.4mm nozzles. The true constant width is 0.8mm, every layer will be a 2 perimeter wall with no wasted movements or filament. Both models use approximately 3g of filament, significantly less than printing an entire bin.\r\n\r\nThe Speed Lift divider is the simplest model with the fastest printing speed. It allows for basic division of small HF parts bins and enables 'lifting' items out of the bin. Due to slight bin slope and corner fillets, gaps will exist on the sides of the wall. This model is intended for larger parts that won't sneak through gaps.\r\n\r\nThe Divine Divide model is designed for near-perfect separation of bin compartments while using nearly the same amount of filament as the Speed Lift. Bin slope, wall bow, injection mold point, and case top bin aligners have all been taken into account. It remains impervious to shift and part mixing when placed in a carrying case with the lid closed. However, the divider can slip outside the case if only one compartment is heavily loaded. Gluing the divider in place with hot glue or superglue on the outside supports eliminates this possibility.\r\n\r\nPrinting:\r\nAs these models are designed for exactly 2 perimeters, ensure your slicer produces a single continuous layer. If you have no current adhesion issues, then a raft or brim will not be necessary. The default model orientation is correct for printing. A model with 12 pre-arranged dividers has been included.
