Harbor Freight 27 LED Worklight 18650 Lithium Ion Conversion
thingiverse
This replaces the Harbor Freight 27 LED Worklight's 3 AAA batteries with a single 18650 and a charging board. I also removed the smaller 3 LED light because I never use that one. Materials: - 1 micro usb charging / protection circuit - I used [this one](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00LTQU2RK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1). - 4 #4x1/2 inch flathead screws. - The rest of the screws are reused from the original light. The two main parts shouldn't need supports. Orient the small lip on them upwards. The small clip does need supports. I printed it with clips upwards. Clip all leads from the LED board. Solder the nodes together as indicated. Wire the LED board's + and - to the charging board's OUT+ and OUT-. Wire the battery's + and - to the charging board's B+ and B-. Now put it all back together and it should work.
