Harbor Freight 2-1/2" Vice Teeth
thingiverse
These are specific to Harbor Freight's 2.5" desktop vice. This model should print easily according to your needs, as the file is already positioned and sized for a 63.5mm or 2.5in vertical build. The teeth should snap over the existing supplied smooth or grooved teeth by simply hanging them, with the jaws open, over from the top and snapping on by pressing down. It may take some force depending on how much play the infill percentage allows for. At a 20% infill rate in a grid pattern, the printed teeth found a very tight hold on the existing metal. One of the STL files includes replacement positive space for the OEM replaceable jaw tooth, so removing the metal teeth and using this STL is an option for a more secured part. However, you will have to find hardware that fits the hole depth (same screw type as original).
