Hapstone R1 Sharpening Platform Attachment

This is a Table with magnetic base for the Hapstone R1 Sharpening system. Just detach the clamp from its mount and screw this table into its place immediately. Most knife sharpening clamps are notoriously poor at working well on a full flat grind knife (such as Spyderco knives etc). This platform attachment makes it much easier to sharpen full flat ground knives, giving you more flexibility in general sharpening. Assembly: The 2 guides slide together to form a 3-point guide for your knife. This gives you the exact same position every time you flip your blade over. Use a small M4 knurled hand nut for assembly, or simply a small M4 screw and nut if preferred. I highly recommend using a M4 brass threaded melt-in insert. The Magnet slot in the bottom of the table is designed to hold a Neodymium magnet size 50mm x 15mm x 5mm.
