Happy Pigs Insert

Happy Pigs Insert

This is an insert for the game Happy Pigs. It's designed for the Iello 2016 version, which has a box size of about 253 x 253 x 68mm. The insert allows the game to be stored upright and accommodates sleeved cards (I used Mayday MDG 7145 80 x 80mm thin sleeves). The design was created using the excellent Board Game Insert Toolkit - Parametric Box Design by MysteryDough. There are two options for printing this insert: use part of the box or use the full box. I chose to use part of the box, as shown in the included pictures. ### Part Box To print this option, you will need: 1. happy_pigs-pigs_full.242x92x66.tray.stl 2. happy_pigs-pigs_full.242x92x66.lid.stl 3. happy_pigs-money_part.180x150x28.1.tray.stl 4. happy_pigs-money_part.180x150x28.1.lid.stl 5. happy_pigs-seasons_part.180x150x10.tray.stl 6. happy_pigs-fields_part.180x150x27.9.tray.stl Depending on the accuracy of your printer, you may or may not need: 7. happy_pigs-fields_part.180x150x27.9.lid.stl I designed it so that these three pieces: Money tray + lid, Seasons tray, and Fields tray + lid would be the same height as the Pigs tray + lid when stacked. However, when I printed my copy, I found that I didn't need to print the Fields lid. ### Full Box (uses quite a bit more filament) To print this option, you will need: 1. happy_pigs-pigs_full.242x92x66.tray.stl 2. happy_pigs-pigs_full.242x92x66.lid.stl 3. happy_pigs-money_full.242x150x28.1.tray.stl 4. happy_pigs-money_full.242x150x28.1.lid.stl 5. happy_pigs-seasons_full.242x150x10.tray.stl 6. happy_pigs-fields_full.242x150x27.9.tray.stl Depending on the accuracy of your printer, you may or may not need: 7. happy_pigs-fields_full.242x150x27.9.lid.stl I designed it so that these three pieces: Money tray + lid, Seasons tray, and Fields tray + lid would be the same height as the Pigs tray + lid when stacked. However, when I printed my copy, I found that I didn't need to print the Fields lid. ### Note The files here are slightly different from what I had printed, with tweaked compartment sizes making them a bit larger. In my first iteration, the 1st player token didn't fit in its allocated space, so now it's used the pig that I had printed out when I first got my printer (it was one of the sample models bundled with the SD card that came with the printer).
