This project was inspired by a Pinterest image (https://br.pinterest.com/pin/467459636307486518/) featuring a paper automata. I developed my own mechanism based on the idea, and used Solidworks 2016 to model it. The animations were created using Simlab Composer 7 Mechanical Edition, and gifs with PhotoScape. IrfanView was used for editing renders. Both animated 3D-PDF, ZIM, and SIMLAB files are available for viewing, with the ZIM file viewable on IOS and Android devices via the free Simlab Viewer app. The model can be accessed in various formats including Solidworks 2016, Simlab Composer 7, DAE, STEP, IGES, Parasolid, OBJ, 3D-PDF, SketchUp, 3DS, and ZIM.
