"HAPPY BIRTHDAY" in Jedi font
thingiverse
I'm sharing this design intentionally to inspire others to remix it. Created using the Star Jedi font from Fontspace, which can be found at http://www.fontspace.com/boba-fonts/star-jedi. In Photoshop Elements, I adjusted the spacing between the Y's and A in "birthday" since the font places those letters a bit strangely. I then used Selva3D, a free online tool, to convert the image into an STL file for anyone who wants to try their hand at this process. I'm making cake decorations with these designs for my kids' birthday party, and you can find them in a separate listing here. To help others experiment with different versions of the Jedi font, I've added JPGs of the text in various fonts. If someone successfully converts these into STL files while keeping the details intact, please share your technique and tools - I was struggling to achieve that using Selva3D's outline conversions.
