I Made a Happy Bicycle Mount That Fits My iPhone6 and iPhone6S, But You're More Than Welcome to Edit the File for Other Phones (If You Don't Know How to Do It, Please Let Me Know) I created it to be able to easily hold my phone while cycling to and from work, in a way where I can still see and control it. It was a top priority that the phone slid in effortlessly, so I could grab and mount it quickly. Although it may not work well on gravel roads, it sits more tightly than I thought it would despite the easy mounting. I used M5 bolts and nuts for mine, and it fits perfectly with them. If you're an OnShape-user like me and want to edit the file, here's the link: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/772ddb8b0ea447ceb0f2b9bc/w/6307e4dd919b4be98c83febd/e/e496ebb6861d4e3e8c8cf42a Print Settings Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 25% Notes: I printed it at 0.2 and think it turned out just fine. It took about an hour and thirty minutes. Printing all at once helps, as the nozzle keeps moving around when printing small parts sticking up on top, allowing them time to cool before the nozzle hits them again. UPDATE: I've uploaded two versions for different handlebar diameters - a Ø28.5mm version and a Ø23mm version. The latter is probably more suitable for most bicycles. I made the 28.5 version so I could attach the mount in other places on my bicycle. Post-Printing Remove Sharp Edges To ensure the happy alien doesn't scratch my iPhone, I used a lighter to smooth out the edges between which the phone slides. No scratches.
