Cutting lines for the font have been optimized at a value of 1. The height of the letters in our font is not set to a specific value, instead we will follow the design of the write/Letters.dxf font. To get the smoothest knurl finish possible, we're adjusting Knurl_Smoothness to 50 degrees. Bands on this object are set at 2 distinct values. Knurl_Width has been determined to be precisely 3 units in size. To achieve maximum texture on our design, we're setting Knurl_Depth to 1.5 mm deep. By manually selecting a ring size of 18.35, you can have precise control over the object's fit. The font spacing for our customizer has been left at its default value of 0 points. Our ring is defined as type number one with all of the other options available through this customizable system still being applied to it. The total height that the knurls protrude on our ring is currently set at a total height of precisely 2 units. Using an old fashioned ring size gauge selector, users can now select their ring by matching its precise dimension (in this case 18.14) directly onto it. The overall ring's thickness in cross section measures a total value of exactly 9 points when it is complete and done with no additional specifications.
