Hantek DSO4102C VESA mount
thingiverse
Designed to securely hold an Hantek DSO4102C oscilloscope in place on an Amazon Basics dual monitor stand, with limited rotational adjustment available. Unfortunately, users cannot leverage the quick release function of the stand. The design incorporates holes specifically for M5 x 0.8 x 25mm socket head machine screws, eliminating the need for tapping. A high level of support is provided by the 10 walls printed using a 0.5mm nozzle. This structure ensures stability and prevents screw movement. For added flexibility, I created an alternative lower clamp made from aluminum, which can be used in conjunction with a printable component for those who struggle with angle grinders. While I didn't print the lower clamp myself, there's no reason it shouldn't function as intended. To prevent slippage between the upper clamp and the DSO case, a strip of double-sided tape was applied to ensure a secure hold.
