I acquired a Hansa bathtub mixer in a purchased house with a valve for using a shower head. The Hansa series is over 25 years old, making replacement parts scarce. The button on the valve ends in a screw bushing screwed onto the valve itself. Unfortunately, this was defective. I measured the original dimensions and created an alternative part using Blender. The valve appears to have a M3.5 thread; I left a slightly smaller hole and simply threaded a matching screw into it. This may not be professional, but it works.
