The design can be cut into 1 mm plastic sheet, with openings sized accordingly - so if you want to use a thicker material, you'll need to scale the model up; personally, I'd use a 1/32 2-flute flat milling bit on my Zentoolworks 7x7. For 3D printing, a well-calibrated flat hotbed is essential. Attached are all the necessary files: .dwg for CNC routing, .stl for 3D printing, and .stl of the completed model.
