The model is designed to be cut in 1 mm plastic sheet, the openings on the pieces have this dimension, so if you want to cut it on a thicker material you will have to scale the model up, I would used a 1/32 2 flutes flat milling bit to cut it on my Zentoolworks 7x7. For 3D printing a well calibrated flat hot bed it a most. I have attached the .dwg file with all the flat pieces for cnc routing, a .stl file for 3D printing and a .stl of the completed model.
