Hanging Storage Rails and Bins ================================ Maximize the unused space under your shelves with storage bins that can be hung. Alternatively, take advantage of the unused space next to your shelves with the new side mount rails. Rails ----- To get started, you need some rails. The undermount rails are designed to attach to the underside of a shelf. They feature recessed holes for flat head screws or you could use 1/2" double-sided tape if you don't want holes in your shelves. The side mount rails are meant to be attached to the sides of the shelves or even to a wall. Like the undermount, they can be screwed on or you could use 1" double-sided squares for attachment. Bins ---- Next, you'll need bins to store things. The standard bin is a cube that measures 2 inches (or 50mm) on each side. There's also a tall bin that stands at 4 inches (100mm) high and a long bin measuring about 4 inches (104mm) in length. You can fit two standard or tall bins on a normal rail, and four on a long rail. Printing -------- All the pieces are specifically designed to print without supports as long as your printer can handle 45-degree overhangs. I only use a raft for the long side mount rail to help it stay in place but not for anything else.
