Hanging Planter #TinkerFun

I designed this using Tinkercad to enter the Instructables contest for Tinkercad. I had previously created it in Fusion 360. The motivation behind making this was my wife's and my desire to have plants in our apartment. Specifically, a small herb garden for cooking, but nothing grows indoors unless it's on the window. The issue is we have two cats that like to devour all our plants and we need to keep them away from the window sill. My thinking was that you can hang multiple pots from each other. Watering the top one causes excess water to drip down and be caught by the one below, maximizing the planting space in our window while keeping it out of reach for the cats.
