Print a pair of these to attach to your slatted shelves and hand the paper towel roll over. Made to clip onto a 16.5mm slatted shelf, with a tube diameter of 42mm, leaving plenty of clearance for a jumbo roll - about 56mm of extra space. Dimensions are shown clearly in the images. I also used a rubber band between the two clips just to hold them together on the shelf, but it's not really necessary unless you're dealing with some serious spillage and need to mop up quickly.
