Hanging Foliage Low-poly 3D model

I designed a low-poly plant using only 16 vertices and 4 faces. To create it, I started by constructing a high-poly model that was then rendered as a masked texture on a plane. My masking technique involved applying four separate PNG files, each measuring 4096 by 4096 pixels. Alternatively, I can apply all the textures in a single file that measures 4096 by 2160 pixels. In addition to the main diffuse texture, the set also includes a normal map and a height map. All of the UVs are carefully placed so that none overlap.
