Four seperate strands of fishing line should be routed from the ends of the arms to the hanging point (in my case a key ring), where they can be tied together. The weaving pulls the part together when loaded and helps prevent splitting at the layers. I've been able to lift 9 pounds with it and have yet to break one by overloading it (servo won't release with that much weight though). Used in this video: https://youtu.be/A1HQyfFmZbI
