Hanging Cleat for 2040 rail. v1

A simple, yet very versatile hanging cleat. Typically you will need two of these for each tool or item you want to hang. One attached to your printer and one attaches to the tool. You can attach it like I did, with a nut and bolt. Of, if you intend to use this on a 3D printed item such as an organizer box or tool holder, you can take this STL and embed it into your item, then print you item with the cleat as part of it. I know this is v1, because I am already working on v2. Version two will have two separate parts. The one that goes on the printer will have walls on the side so the cleat that is attached to the tool cannot slide out sideways
