<p>These clamps are designed to fit a carbon filter with an outer diameter of 7.8". These types of filters usually feature a 4" intake/outlet flange, and are often used in indoor gardens, and airbrushing fume hoods. They feature a small flat foot on one side to aid in aligning the rings before tightening things down.</p><p>These Clamps work best on filters that use a pre-filter over the perforated metal outer casing.
