I created this tool to serve as an easy-to-use key, allowing me to open the fuel and water tank caps without needing to rely on the main winch handle. Typically, on yachts, these caps are difficult to access, requiring multiple quarter or half turns and often resulting in a lot of frustration and cussing. Additionally, this tool has the benefit that I don't have to scream as loudly when it gets kicked overboard during the filling process!!
