This is a sleeve holder for quickly drying out a Handy sleeve (or any similarly sized sleeve). The air pump is this $18 pump I got from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08Y59B2D5?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details I used PLA with 20% infill. This attaches to the medium nozzle that comes with the pump. Print the first 5mm or so and test fit to see if you need to slightly resize up or down for your tolerances.
