Handy Belt Mounting System

Handy Belt Mounting System

thingiverse

This is a simple belt mounting system as the name implies. The top mount is a remix of my Handy Holder Vesa Mount that has a slot in the sides to allow a belt to be threaded through - a Men's tactical belt, military style, with quick release, made of Nylon, is highly recommended but any other belt should do too. The belt is then also threaded through the base with the Handy sandwiched in between and lined up correctly to allow the slider to move as it should. The boat/submarine-ish base is rounded and shaped for better feel to users (no sharp flat edges) however, a long t-shirt could be worn with the base above it it is more comfortable. The base also looks like a UFO at an angle. The belt then goes around the user. Handy Logo and Sweet Tech labelling have also been used with permission from Alexander, the creator of the Handy. This is fine as long as it is not sold commercially. I do not have a 3D printer at present so have not printed and tested - Please do so yourself and let me know any feedback we can use to develop this further. Thanks - Enjoy!
