Handwheel for Husqvarna / Viking 945 Prisma model

Here is my revised handwheel for my Husqvarna 945 Prisma sewing machine, marking a significant improvement over its predecessor. The accompanying photo showcases the original version still in use on my machine and, unfortunately, the broken part that necessitated this redesign. The updated model boasts slimmer arches, offering a sleeker appearance and improved functionality. I meticulously measured both the damaged handwheel and the sewing machine's shaft to ensure accuracy in my design. To bring this concept to life, I employed black Prusa PLA filament, opting for a 0.2 mm quality setting and a generous 100% concentric infill to guarantee durability and stability.
