Cut four pieces of wood to create a sturdy base, then grab two lengths of 2-inch dowel rod and assemble for a pair of p-bar style handstand blocks that will put your strength to the test.\r\n\r\nThis design still needs thorough testing - we don't know how well it holds up or if the dowel rods fit snugly in place.
