Hands Free Door Handle

Hands Free Door Handle

thingiverse

I built this hands-free door handle to swing open an office door. The latch was already deactivated, but you still had to grasp the knob to get the door moving. This allowed the door to be opened smoothly with a single arm. I crafted the hole pattern to fit over two existing screws from the deadbolt. I added a third hole that needed to be drilled into the door because it was starting to crack (see photo). With the three holes, this has lasted four months under constant use, made from durable ABS plastic.
