This page is dedicated to creating an open-source Hands-Free Crutch that serves the developing world. The entire design process relies on open-source software. We've utilized OpenSCAD, FreeCAD, and Blender to generate digital files in STL format. All components were printed using a MOST - Athena Delta Printer. This OSAT aims to lower the overall cost of a standard crutch while tapping into the specialized market by offering a 3D-printed alternative that also allows for customization based on a user's or patient's specific condition and size, including height, weight, leg dimensions, and more.
