A Garmin GPS device will be mounted on one of my two bikes for our upcoming holidays. The mount is more robust than expected, as seen in this video (http://youtu.be/WCfcyDthPXo). Due to the customizer's limitations with the DXF profile, three different sets are provided (up to 31.8mm diameter) that should match your handlebar size. If needed, adjust with Openscad (source included), and print the "arm" and "nut" STL files using M3 screws. The recommended settings for Ultimaker are 0.2 mm layers, 1.8 mm walls, 1.2mm bottom/top, 30% fill. Modify the SCAD source code to change the diameter if needed, as the customizer fails to handle this design correctly.
