This model excels at mounting bicycle handlebars with effortless ease. I centered my focus on stripping down its design to its bare essentials, prioritizing simplicity above all else. To achieve this, I designed a sleek mount made entirely of rubber. At one end, a single screw threads through the mount and tightens into a metal nut that clicks firmly in place. To secure it further, I carefully crafted a custom groove within the mount, which guides the nut snugly into position as it's screwed on. This unique mechanism triggers a chain reaction - the tightening of the nut presses against the mount with immense force, causing it to contract slightly and then rapidly expand outward, effectively increasing its diameter (or thickness) in the process. To cap off this impressive design, I carefully placed the logo bar on top of the raised screw and finished it with a stylish cap. Many thanks to Tobias for providing the iconic logo bar, which completes this remarkable creation perfectly! Handlebar End v2 has been unveiled, showcasing exceptional innovative spirit.
