You'll need a handlebar plug for your Magna 20" bicycle. This type fits 19mm inner diameter tubes and is installed using a hammer. The grips on this bike were already torn, and the tube was exposed to rust. To prevent further damage, you can drill a hole through the middle of the plug, allowing moisture to escape.
