I´ve used the original 22mm handlebar mount to design this simple handlebar extension for my son, who rides bicycle with me in front of me (2yo at that time). First iteration, turned out to be a bit flimsy, but grips the tubes firmly, maybe simple elongation of the extruded shape upwards on printbed one more time could make it.
