I concentrated primarily on simplifying the design as much as possible. My objective was to create a mount made entirely of rubber, secured by a single screw that threads all the way through and is bolted at the other end with a nut. A precision cut in the mount allows the nut to nest securely within it. When tightened, the nut presses down on the mount, compressing its material while also causing it to expand outward as its length contracts. This latest iteration emphasizes the convenience of installation without specialized tools. Simply insert the mount into the bicycle tube, align the bolt with the special receptacle on the cap, and twist until the cap is securely fastened using nothing but hand power alone. For added customization, the logo plate can be attached to the cap using adhesive – even then, removing the cap won't necessitate dismounting the entire unit. The entire process involves simple manual rotation with the hands. I extend my sincere gratitude to Tobias for lending his expertise on crafting a custom logo bar.
