I'm Designing a Handlebar Mounted Cup Holder for My Motorcycle. I've Created a Clamp-Style Mount That Secures with Two M5 Bolts and Locknuts. The Cup Holder and Swivel Mount Attach to Each Other and the Handlebar Mount Using Three M3 Bolts, One 12mm M3 Bolt, and Three M3 Locknuts. Files Are Provided for Seven-Eighth, One, and One-and-a-Half Diameter Handlebars. To Assemble This Device, You'll Need to Print One of Each Component. Secure Them Together Using Two 10mm M3 Bolts, One 12mm M3 Bolt, and Three M3 Locknuts. Finally, Mount the Cup Holder Assembly to Your Motorcycle's Handlebar with Two M5 Bolts and Locknuts. I Designed This Using Openscad, Which Allows for Customization of Every Component. You Can Change the Size of the Handlebar Mounts to Fit Any Diameter You Like by Modifying the Radius Value in the Scad File and Rendering Again as an STL Format That's Ready for Printing.
