The Handlebar Cupholder is a cutting-edge design that attaches effortlessly to bicycle handlebars without requiring any adjustments or tightening of screws. Two M4 and one M3 screws and nuts are needed to secure its moving parts at the desired tightness, allowing it to clip securely onto standard handlebars. STLs have been created with suggested print orientations for optimal results. Print and assemble a CupRing, Cup_BraceClip, Cup_BraceMount, Cup_BraceRnd, and one of the CupClip pairs. *Connect the left and right Cup Clips to the end of the Cup_BraceRnd using 10 to 12mm M4 screws and nuts with curved ends of parts downward. Be mindful not to over-tighten; allow the hinge to move freely for adjustments until you've achieved the ideal position on your handlebar. * Align pegs on the base of the CupRing fit snugly into circular sockets on top of the left and right Cup Clips, then secure with super glue or plastic adhesive. *Snap the CupBraceMount onto the end of the Cup_BraceRnd. *Connect one of the Cup_BraceClips (30, 35, or 40mm) to the CupBraceMount using a 10 to 15mm M3 screw and nut. The chosen clip should match the thickness of your handlebar's base diameter or area where you'll be placing the bike frame to support the cupholder. Snap the CupClips onto your handlebars, with the holder centered above the bike frame. *Finally, attach the BraceClip to the bike frame or to the base of your handlebars to support the holder securely; tighten screws for a solid fit.
