Handlebar Adjuster Helper for 31.8 and 35mm handlebars
thingiverse
Like many people, my handlebars have become increasingly difficult to properly align with the front wheel due to shorter and shorter stems. The idea of creating a caliper or other tool has been a long-held notion, and this attempt is a response to that concept. Print two pieces, then stick or glue them together before snapping them onto your handlebars. This simple process greatly simplifies the task of aligning your bars with the front tire. This design accommodates 31.8mm and 35mm oversize handlebar diameters, and it is compatible with stems up to 52 mm wide, which is a generous width considering my own stem measures 50 mm.
