Handle_Reciprocating Saw Blade
thingiverse
Handle_v2 features a straight handle for effortless, uniform cutting action. Specifically designed for inserting your go-to reciprocating blade when tackling delicate tasks requires precision. The included slot comfortably accommodates blades as thin as 1.0 mm, but be aware that thicker options are also viable. To prepare the blade, take note of its depth and make any necessary markings. When assembling Handle_v2 with a new blade, some force will inevitably be required to tap it into place – applying a small amount of lubricant can make this process smoother. Upon successful insertion, you'll appreciate the well-defined round hole in the handle's center, offering ample illumination for optimal visibility. In terms of securing your chosen blade, consider utilizing either a 6/32" x 5/8" machine screw or an alternative equivalent like a 3mm machine screw – feel free to adjust according to your preferences. Lastly, tidy up any exposed metal edges by sanding them smooth with sandpaper and give your project that extra touch of refinement with the use of a file.
