This was actually created as a grip for dental implant drivers, which essentially means it's a grip for 1/4" hex bits, considering they are both identical in size. Tight fit that will improve with time. I recommend printing with 10 walls, the infill can be minimal since it only appears at the bottom where no significant force is applied.
