***IMPORTANT:** My original design broke down after only a few uses due to excessive stress on the printed collar that fits snugly over the valve stem, mirroring the OEM version's weaknesses. To fortify the design, I've adjusted some tolerances in this revised upload, but proceed with caution - use at your own risk. If someone discovers an effective way to bolster this design further, feel free to create a remix and share it here. This design remains available for anyone who might find a practical application for it. This 3D-printed handle is designed as a direct replacement for the Prier Products Mansfield sillcock faucet handle. The valve stem on this faucet measures 3/8" in diameter, with a 1/4" bolt centered within. The packing nut surrounding the valve stem boasts an inner diameter of 0.6". Unfortunately, due to these constraints and the flush alignment of the valve stem with the packing nut, there's limited space for reinforcement of the collar that envelops the valve stem. The originals exhibit the same vulnerabilities, ultimately failing at this precise location. Despite my search on Thingiverse, no other faucet handle designs proved suitable for this specific faucet model. Please note that this design necessitates a small support structure for the countersunk bolt. For optimal results, I recommend printing with 3 wall lines to ensure structural integrity.
