Handle for Large Head Lamp

I really like this light (PINSAI High Power LED Headlamp) - super bright, but it only has a head-strap option. So I designed this handle. It can be held in multiple orientations because the head pivots. It has a battery pack that attaches to a belt. It needs to be printed in a more structural material - the tabs will snap off with PLA. I printed it in clear PETG.It has two parts so requires zero supports. You'll need to glue the two parts together with CA or epoxy glue. I used clear PETG and UV curing epoxy - that's one of the advantages of clear filament. For extra support it has a long hole for a screw and pocket for the screw head. It's sized for a ¼-20 screw. I used a 2 ½ inch long screw, but an even longer one will work - the hole continues through most of the handle. I dry assembled this with a ½" gap, applied the UV epoxy, then finished screwing it together. The screw also acts as a clamp. I then used a couple of spring clamps on the tabs and used a UV light to cure. I filled the screw hole with epoxy as well to guarantee a really secure connection.
