Two pieces are needed to create one handle. Creates enough clearance for easy rotation of the handle. Clips together with a strong clip-on system </br> </br> <b>WARNING</b> **** Once clipped together, you might not be able to seperate the parts non-destructively. Assemble the parts directly on the handle bar. </br>
