I recently experienced a frustrating issue with the handle of my e-bike battery, which broke off suddenly, forcing me to take action to resolve the problem. To find a quick and effective solution, I decided to create a replica of the broken part using FreeCAD, a powerful design software that allows users to create precise models. After carefully designing the new handle in FreeCAD, I sent it to my 3D printer for production. The result exceeded my expectations: the printed copy fits perfectly onto my e-bike battery.
