A custom handle fits perfectly on the Bosch POF500 routing machine, specifically designed for a M8 hex head bolt. A linear grid support pattern worked flawlessly. To withstand potential shear loads, I recommend a 3D infill pattern like the gyroid and three shells for all outer surfaces. The provided FCStd files are compatible with FreeCAD 0.18, a highly reliable software.
