Потерял ручку от своей УШМ. В продаже есть ручки только для УШМ с двухпозиционной установки ручки. В третье положение ее установить невозможно - мешает корпус редуктора. Размеры взял от ручки другого инструмента с наиболее удобным удержанием (у меня рука размер 10.5). Ручка сделана под винт М8, но ее несложно доработать под М10 рассверлив отверстие (при задании в печати боковых слоев не менее 4 и верхних не менее 8, для сопла 0.4 и толщины слоя 0.2). Для прочности ручка печатается из двух половинок, чтобы слои располагались вдоль нее. Дополнительно используется шпилька М8 длиной 110 мм. Чтобы шпилька не проворачивалась при завинчивании в редуктор ней просверлено отверстие диаметром 4 мм на расстоянии 20 мм от края. В отверстие вставляется стержень (обрезок винта М4) длинной 20 мм. После этого половинки с вставленными металлическими элементами склеиваются. На ручке нанесен рисунок, поэтому половинки не совсем одинаковые. Также выложена не разрезанная модель. I took the dimensions from the handle of another instrument with the most comfortable hold (I have a size 10.5 hand). The handle is made for the M8 screw, but it is easy to modify it for the M10 by drilling a hole (when setting the side layers at least 4 and the top layers at least 8 in printing, for a nozzle of 0.4 and a layer thickness of 0.2). For strength, the handle is printed in two halves so that the layers are placed along it. Additionally, an M8 hairpin with a length of 110 mm is used. To prevent the stud from turning when screwing into the gearbox, a hole with a diameter of 4 mm was drilled at a distance of 20 mm from the edge. A rod (a piece of M4 screw) 20 mm long is inserted into the hole. After that, the halves with inserted metal elements are glued together. There is a pattern on the handle, so the halves are not exactly the same. An uncut model is also posted.
