As I pondered printing this design, a comment caught my eye asking for a version that utilizes an M3 screw, prompting me to give OpenSCAD a try and create this remix to avoid relying on zip-ties. The screw hole automatically adjusts its size slightly smaller than whatever diameter you input. Since I'm using M3 screws, be cautious when threading them into your material, as overly tight fastening may cause the surrounding areas to crack due to printer tolerances. Prints can be done without support. Update: I modified the design by removing one knurl from the handle and adding some text cutouts for labeling purposes such as "M2" or "7/64". Update 2: I integrated jssammon's removable locking feature, making a few adjustments along the way. I removed the Z-height compensation since it seemed more like a printer-specific support issue to me, and tightened up the locking channel so it should snap into place. Keep in mind that the handle is weaker when turning left due to the slot created by the locking feature. I updated the chamfer around the screw-head hole for larger diameters. Lastly, I turned the wrench placement/locking features' height adjustment into a variable at the top of the design.
