Handle For 1 1/4in Dowel
thingiverse
This a door handle I make using the 3D printed parts provided and a stick that I found and kept because I thought I could use it for something like this. I first took and lined up the stick inside the printed pieces. What you Need - 4x 1 1/4in Wood Screws ( If attaching to 3/4in material) - 4x 1 1/4in Wire Nails - 1x 1 1/4in Dowel or Simular Sized Stick (any length will work, mine was about 8in) I predrilled the holes for the 1 1/4in nails then hammered them into place. I repeated this step for both sides. I then lined this up on the door and drilled and countersunk the holes for it. I used the 1 1/14in screws to attach the handle to the door from the backside. NOTE: The spacing between the 2 holes for the screws is spaced 1/2in apart.
