Handle anti-scratch lock

<p>Before I printed the Buffer I read the comments, which are mostly enthusiastic, but some note that they're afraid of filament scratching at the handle. I was not afraid of scratching, but thought that filament could clamp between handles and divider.</p><p>So here's my simple addition, which clicks on the handle. You can add it to your original print. no need to change anything else. I first printed it in PLA, but was to clattery and brittle. so I switched to PETG (my whole buffer is PETG, no clue why I chosen PLA - maybe of small and fizzy parts print easier in PLA) Now I#M really happy with this - enjoy.</p>
